EURAMED launched
During the Oxford Radiation Protection week, the European Alliance for Medical Radiation Protection Research (EURAMED) was launched successfully on 19 September 2016.
The EURAMED is a unique joint effort of the five medical societies EANM, EFOMP, EFRS, ESR and ESTRO with the goal of jointly improving medical care and its radiation protection issues through sustainable research efforts and will create visibility for the medical field in this context. Representatives of the European Commission and other European platforms related to radiation protection attended the launch event.
