WINS Workshop announced for March

The World Institute for Nuclear Security (WINS) has announced an upcoming workshop on "Strengthening Security Culture for Radioactive Sources: Operational Experience and Key Lessons Learned" that will take place in Vienna on 28 and 29 March 2017.

The main objectives of the event will be to identify the respective roles and responsibilities of licensees and regulators in establishing an effective and sustainable security culture, and to listen to their experience and lessons learned when doing so. We will review in particular the factors that encourage a strong security culture and will try to consolidate and offer practical guidance to organisations willing to improve their own practices.
