EUTERP workshop 2026: call for abstracts

The EUTERP Foundation is pleased to announce its 10th workshop, continuing our tradition of fostering dialogue and collaboration on key themes in radiation protection education and training. The workshop will be organised from 7 until 9 July 2026 at PSI in Switzerland, focusing on the theme "Competence-based approaches in radiation protection".

We call for abstracts in related to one of the topics below, by using the template and submitting it in the abstract submission system. The abstract submission deadline is April 17, 2026.

Proposed topics include:

• Designing competences in radiation protection, including soft skills, AI literacy, and sustainability.
• Evaluation of competences: methods, tools, and best practices.
• Qualification pathways for Radiation Protection Experts (RPE) and Radiation Protection Officers (RPO), including validation, accreditation, certification, and micro-credentials.
• European competence frameworks: comparisons, references, and country-specific developments.
