Pursuant to the Radiation Act that entered into force in 2004, the Ministry of the Environment organises the activities related to radiation protection through the Environmental Inspectorate and the Radiation Protection Centre (ERCP). The National Radiation Safety Development Plan 2008-2017 was developed in 2008. Further details may be obtained from the NCP.
